Every child is drawn into the lesson through discussion, questioning and shared activity.
We adapt learning so children can access challenge at the right level and move forward with confidence.
Students are encouraged to try, think, solve and take increasing responsibility for their own progress.
Thoughtful questioning helps children explain ideas, make links and stay actively involved.
Teacher explanations are structured, purposeful and designed to make new learning accessible.
Collaboration helps children build confidence, communication skills and shared responsibility.
Teachers use examples and demonstrations to make expectations visible and achievable.
Children learn to reason, investigate, problem-solve and explore ideas more deeply.
Students are taught to look back on their learning and recognise how they can improve.
